We support two forms of upgrade/downgrade to our clients:
1. Plan based upgrades/downgrades: In this method, you can login into clients.webhorizon.net and after choosing your desired service in the Dashboard, as shown bellow, you can have access to plan based upgrade and downgrade:
2. Custom upgrades/downgrades: In this method, you can send us a ticket and request your specific needs for upgrading or downgrading of various components.
Note:
1. Please be awre that donwgrading is not possible via the above procedure and for that, you should open a ticket.
2. Because of the nature of donwgrading, the data on the disk will be lost so you are strongly advised to take a backup of your data beforehand.
