If you happen to lose the SSH/RDP connectivity to your server, you can use VNC to have remote access to your server and from there you can login in to your server and reenable SSH/RDP connectivities
In order to enable VNC:
1. Go to the management panel of your service
2. From the tabs above, choose Options
3. In the VNC section, you can find the Enable VNC Access button
4. After enabling VNC, its button will be shown on the top
