What are the required DNS records?

In order to have proper DNS records and handling for your domain, we recommend changing the name servers of your domain to our name servers but if you want to have other name servers, to set the minimum DNS records, do as the following:

1. Login to the web hosting panel (details are sent via email after activation of the service).
2. As shown bellow, go to the Account Manager -> DNS Management.
3. You will see all the DNS records that need to be set in order to have proper functioning of the service.
4. The minimum required DNS records (for web hosting, not email hosting) are the followings:

• a root A record (domain name itself) pointing to the IPv4 of the server.
• an A record (www) pointing to the IPv4 of the server.
• a root AAAA record (domain name itself) pointing to the IPv6 of the server.
• an AAAA (www) record pointing to the IPv6 of the server.
